You can start a new maintenance request on the app as well as the web version of Kolmeo Pro.

How to start a maintenance request on the Kolmeo Pro app

  1. To start your new Request, open the Kolmeo Pro app and click on the Requests icon on the bottom of your screen.

  2. Next click on the Add a Request button. 

  3. Now enter the details of your Request starting with the Property Address. Use the Search for Property function by clicking on the bar to view a list of properties under your portfolio. Scroll through the list of properties OR type the address in the Search for Property bar.

  4. Click on the property icon of the address required to add to your request. 

  5. Next enter the Short Description, this a brief summary of the maintenance issue reported, for example ‘kitchen tap leaking’. Click on the bar to type.

  6. Enter any further information that you would like to add into the More details field. 

  7. Type of Request is next, click on the bar to open the list of request types, click to select the relevant maintenance request type.

  8. Lastly click on the Submit request button and voila! You have now started a new Maintenance request.  

How to start a maintenance request on the web version

  1. Click on the Requests icon on the side menu to navigate to your requests screen.

  2. Once you are on your requests screen click on the Add New button to open a blank request.

  3. Now enter the details of your Request starting with the Property Address. Use the Search for Property function by typing part of the property address. Click on the address required from the search results to add to your request.

  4. Next enter the Short Description,this a brief summary of the maintenance issue reported, for example ‘kitchen tap leaking’.

  5. Type any further information that you would like to add into the More details field.

  6. Type of Request is next, click on the bar to open the list of request types, click to select the relevant maintenance request type.

  7. Lastly click on the Create Request button. Amazing, your maintenance request has now been created.


Troubleshooting:

The Create Request button is grey, and I can’t click on it? 

The Create Request button will only become available once all mandatory fields have been completed. Make sure all fields marked with a * have been completed.

How do I cancel the new request I have started? 

To cancel, simply click on the Cancel button, this will navigate you back to the requests page.
