You can use the request filters on the app as well as the web version of Kolmeo Pro.

How to set filters on the Kolmeo Pro app and web version

  1. In the requests page click on the Filters button.

  2. You can filter on the request status, the type of request, the property address and the snoozed status.

  3. You can choose one or all the filter types.

  4. Make your selections and then click on Save Filters.

  5. Any requests matching the selected options will be displayed.

How to view requests assigned to others in my office on the web version

  1. In the web version of Kolmeo Pro open your request list page.

  2. The My Requests button will be orange, this indicates that the request filter is set to only display requests assigned to you.

  3. Click on the My Requests button to deselect the filter, the button will now be shown as white and you will be able to view all requests attached to properties and staff assigned to your office.

How to clear the filters on the Kolmeo Pro app

  1. If any filters are active in your requests page, the Filters button will have a number in brackets showing the number of active filters. EG (2) indicates I have 2 active filters.

  2. Click on the Filters button then click on CLEAR FILTERS on the top right of the screen.

  3. All selected filter options will be cleared, then click on Save Filters.

  4. You are now back to an unfiltered requests list.

  2. Click Clear All next to the Filters button on the top right of the screen.

Troubleshooting:

I’ve used the filters but still can’t find my request.

Was the request assigned to someone else? The filters only work on requests in your queue. If you assigned the request to another team member you will no longer be able to see it in your requests list. Click on the My Requests button to see all requests assigned to your office.

I’ve assigned the request to someone else, but I can’t remember who and I need it back.

You'll be able to still view and work on the request on the web version by deselecting the My Requests button, this will allow you to see all requests assigned to your office or use the filters button to view request assigned to a particular person. Once you locate your request, open. In the top right-hand corner you can view the assignee, click on the assignee name. In the Assign request to * field select your name then click on Assign request.
