How to contact Kolmeo Support on the Kolmeo Pro app.

Starting a new chat:

  1. Click on the Live Chat icon in the top right-hand side of your screen to open the Live Chat.

  2. To start a new conversation under the Start a conversation heading click on the Send us a message button.

  3. Type your query in the Start typing… field and then click on Send.

  4. You can also attach images from your camera roll and GIFs to the chat by clicking the icons in this field.

  5. You will receive a response from a member of our Customer Support Team in the chat.

Continuing a previous conversation:

  1. All your conversations will appear under the Your Conversations heading, to continue a conversation, click on the conversation to open.

Starting a new chat:

  2. To start a new conversation under the Start a conversation heading click on the Send us a message button.

  3. Type your query in the Start typing… field and hit enter on your keyboard or click on the arrow to submit.

  4. You can attach documents, emojis and GIFs to the chat by clicking the icons in this field.

  5. You will receive a response from a member of our Customer Support Team in the chat.

Continuing a previous conversation:

  1. To return to a conversation that has not yet been resolved, you can click on Continue the conversation to be taken to your open conversation and resume your chat with the Customer Support Team.
