How to edit a live marketing campaign

Update a marketing campaign:

  1. Locate the property you want to update from your property list, click into it so you are at the property details screen.

  2. From the left sub menu click into the Marketing & Images tab.

  3. Click on the Edit Details button and make any necessary alterations. Reminder: any changes to the property facilities will need to be made via Kolmeo support.

  4. Click on Save details, then on the Back to Marketing Listing button.

  5. From the marketing listing page, click on the Update button next to the portal to be updated.

  6. In the pop-up window click in the boxes to confirm that the property details are correct, then click on the Submit button. If you need to update any details or images, click on the appropriate link.

  7. Repeat steps 5 & 6 to update any other portals.

  8. Changes saved! They'll appear on your active campaigns soon.

Update the images used in the marketing campaign:

  1. From the Marketing & Images page click on the Edit Images button.

  2. All images being used in the campaign will appear in bold and you will see an open eye icon when you hover over the image row.

  3. Make any required changes and click on the Back to Marketing Listing button.

  4. From the marketing listing page, click on the Update button next to the portal to be updated.

  5. In the pop-up window click in the boxes to confirm that the property details are correct, then click on the Submit button. If you need to update any details or images, click on the appropriate link.

  6. Repeat steps 5 & 6 to update any other portals.

  7. Changes saved! They'll appear on your active campaigns soon.


Troubleshooting:

I’ve edited the campaign but my changes aren’t appearing on the live listing.

Changes made to campaign details or images will not be automatically uploaded. Make sure that the Update button has been clicked on the Marketing Listing page.
