Requests can be closed on the app as well as on the web version of Kolmeo Pro.

How to close a request on the Kolmeo Pro app.

1. Open the Kolmeo pro app and click on the Request icon on the bottom of the screen to navigate to your request list.

2. Scroll through your request list or use the filters to locate the request you want to work on.

3. Add post to enter any final comments or documents if required.

4. Once you are ready to close the request click on the status button, the current status will be displayed as either In queue or In progress.

5. From the drop-down list click on Closed to select.

6. You’ll now be asked to enter a reason for closing the request. Enter the reason in the text box then click on Close request.

7. The request is now closed, the change in status will appear as a post on the request timeline, and will vanish from your request list.

How to close a request on Kolmeo web.

1. Click on the Requests icon on the side menu to navigate to your request list.

2. Use the filters or search function to locate the request you want to work on and click on the request to open.

3. Add post to enter any final comments or documents if required.

4. Once you are ready to close the request click on the status button on the left-hand side of the screen, the current status will be displayed as either In queue or In progress.

5. From the drop-down list click on Closed to select.

6. The request is now closed, the change in status will appear as a post on the request timeline, and will vanish from your request list.

Can I reopen a request once it has been closed?

Yes, open the request and change the status to In progress and your request will now be visible in your request list.
