In each Release new features and improvements as well as bug fixes are added to Web version of Kolmeo Pro as well as the App. After each Release you may need to update the Kolmeo Pro App on your device via the App settings. You'll be notified of each Release via a pop-up message in Intercom (Customer Support/Chat Tool).
Please note: Some Releases will also require you to update your App via the App Store for iOS/Apple devices or the Google Play Store for Android devices.
How to update the Kolmeo Pro App via the App Settings.
Open the Kolmeo Pro App on your device and login.
Once logged in click on the Profile icon in the top right-hand corner.
Next click on the Settings (cog) icon in the top right-hand corner.
If an update is available click on the UPDATE NOW button. If no UPDATE NOW button is available click on the CHECK FOR UPDATE button to ensure you have the latest version. Then click the UPDATE NOW button if this has become available. If not, your App is up to date.
Once the App has been updated the following message will be displayed 'Congrats, you have the latest and greatest!'
Click the close button in the top right-hand corner of the screen to close the settings menu and navigate back to the App.
