Please note: To ensure you are using the most recent version of the Kolmeo Pro App please check your App settings on your device for updates (see how to do this here) and to ensure you are using the most recent version of Kolmeo Pro Web please logout and log back in again.

New Features & Improvements

  • Request Priorities -

    • On the Kolmeo Pro App for iOS - You have the ability to set a priority level (Urgent, High, Medium, Low or None) when creating a new request or editing an existing request on the Kolmeo Pro App for iOS devices. The Request priority is also displayed on the Request List page and the page will be sorted by default based on the Request priority from 'Urgent' to 'None'.

    • On the Web Version – You have the ability to set a priority level (Urgent, High, Medium, Low or None) when creating a new request or editing an existing request on the web version of Kolmeo Pro, with the 'Urgent' priority status replacing the 'Mark as Urgent' flags. The Request Lists page has also been updated, the 'Flag' column has been removed and replaced by 'Priority'. The Request record lines are colour coded per the 'Priority' level and the page will be sorted by default based on the Request priority from 'Urgent' to 'None'.

      Please Note: Any Requests 'Marked as Urgent' prior to the release will automatically have the 'Urgent' priority assigned.

  • Request Target Dates on the App for iOS - Target dates can be set when creating a new Request on the Kolmeo Pro App for iOS devices. The Request Target Date if set will be displayed on the Request List page as well as on the Request details page.
