Depending if you are an existing Inspections Express customer the onboarding process will be slightly different with the process taking approximately 2 weeks.
Using the integration
Once the integration has been configured you will only need to schedule your inspections in Kolmeo and then use the Inspection Express app to conduct your inspection.
Entry inspections

Conduct your inspection via Inspection Express
When your ready, finalises your inspection at which time Inspection Express will upload the unsigned inspection link and report to the Kolmeo inspection timeline & tenancy documents
Once the report is updated in Inspection Express to Completed or Not returned (based on tenant actions) it will be uploaded to the Kolmeo inspection timeline & tenancy documents along with mark the inspection timeline Completed.

FAQs
what if i scheduled in Kolmeo and then manually added to inspection express.
You will have a duplicate in IX and should delete it. If you don't and use the manually created entry to complete the inspection it will not sync back with Kolmeo and you will need to manually update the timeline and tenancy documents where required.
i scheduled in Kolmeo and its not showing in Inspection Express
The sync into Inspection Express happens only once a day in the evening, if after this the inspection is still not showing contact Kolmeo Customer team via the live chat.
