How to create and log into your account

Accessing Kolmeo

To access the Kolmeo for owners portal go to my.kolmeo.com


How to Register / Account Creation

First time? you will need to register and receive a verification code sent to you to create a password.

Important.

  • You must use the email address that your property manager has advised has been set as your Login Email Address.

  • If you would like to use a different email for this please contact your property manager directly.

Step 1

Once on the my.kolmeo.com landing page click on Access Now, this will take you through to the log in page where you will need to Register your account.

Step 2

Once you are on the Register page enter your Login Email Address as provided by your property manager.

Click Send verification code. The code will be emailed to your inbox associated with your email address, it should only take a few seconds.

Step 3

Enter the verification code once you receive it in your inbox and click Verify code. This will now allow you to set your password.

Step 4

Enter your chosen password in the create password field and click create.

Your password must be 8-16 characters, containing 3 out of 4 of the following: Lowercase characters, uppercase characters, digits (0-9), and one or more of the following symbols: @ # $ % ^ & * - _ + = [ ] { } | \ : ' , ? / ` ~ " ( ) .


How to Log in

Step 1

Once on the my.kolmeo.com landing page click on Access Now, this will take you through to the login page.

Step 2

  1. Use the email address provided by your property manager as your sign in name

  2. The password you have previously created

  3. Click login


Troubleshooting

  • If you are not receiving your verification code and or it's not linking to a profile, you will need to ensure you are using the correct email address that your Property Manager has set for you. You may need to contact them to confirm this.

  • You are getting an error message? You are best to talk to your real estate agency or property manager to ensure your configuration is correct

  • Having technical difficulties? You can reach out to your real estate agency or property manager directly.
