How to access Kolmeo as a Property Manager

This article is for agency staff only. Before logging into Kolmeo for the first time, you will need to activate your account.

ℹ️ Before logging in for the first time:

  • Ensure you have been set up as a Staff Member in Kolmeo

  • Download an Authenticator App on your phone or tablet

⚠️ You can choose to use any Authenticator App, however Kolmeo will only support the official Microsoft Authenticator App. If you do choose an alternative we will be unable to assist with any issues you may encounter.

Logging into Kolmeo

🍏 Open Kolmeo in your web browser at https://portal.kolmeo.com/.

Don't forget to bookmark this page. Bookmarking other pages in the portal may result in issues logging in.

How to Register your Account

  1. Click on Register an account

  2. Enter your Kolmeo Account Login email address

  3. Click on Send verification code

    ℹ️ An email will be sent to you with a verification code to enter in the next step. If you do not receive the email, check your spam/junk mail folder and confirm you are using the correct email address

  4. Enter the verification code and click on Verify code

  5. Enter a Password

    ⚠️ Your password must be 8-16 characters, containing 3 out of 4 of the following: Lowercase characters, uppercase characters, digits (0-9), and one or more of the following symbols: @ # $ % ^ & * - _ + = [ ] { } | \ : ' , ? / ` ~ " ( )

  6. Enter the same password in the Confirm New Password field

  7. Enter your First Name

  8. Enter your Surname

  9. Click on Create account

  10. Scan the QR Code that appears on the screen in your Authenticator App

  11. Click on Continue

  12. Enter the code from your Authenticator App, then click on Verify

  13. Your agency will appear on the screen, click on Let's go!

✅ You have now successfully logged into Kolmeo!

❗ You will be prompted to enter an Authenticator code each time you login. You will be logged out automatically and prompted to log back in every 24 hours.


How to change your Password

  1. In your Kolmeo login screen, click on Forgot your password?

  2. Enter your Kolmeo Account Login email address

  3. Click on Send verification code

    ℹ️ An email will be sent to you with a verification code to enter in the next step. If you do not receive the email, check your spam/junk mail folder and confirm you are using the correct email address

  4. Enter the verification code and click on Verify code

  5. Click on Continue on the email verification screen

  6. Enter a Password

    ⚠️ Your password must be 8-16 characters, containing 3 out of 4 of the following: Lowercase characters, uppercase characters, digits (0-9), and one or more of the following symbols: @ # $ % ^ & * - _ + = [ ] { } | \ : ' , ? / ` ~ " ( )

  7. Enter the same password in the Confirm New Password field

  8. Click on Change password

  9. Enter the verification code from your Authenticator App

  10. Click on Verfiy

✅ You have now successfully changed your password.

ℹ️ To reset your Multi-Factor Authentication, reach out to us through the chat bot or via email at help@kolmeo.com with your email address.


Troubleshooting

⚠️ Before troubleshooting, ensure you are attempting to log in using the correct URL: https://portal.kolmeo.com/

The 'Register' or 'Let's Go' button isn't working

If the Register or Let’s Go button will not work for you, try the below troubleshooting options:

  • Clear your browsing history/cache (refer to the following links on how to do this in Chrome or Microsoft Edge

  • Try on a different browser to confirm if it is a browser issue

  • Try in Incognito mode

  • Check your Network/Firewall Block: Sometimes there may be a network firewall blocking your login, to check this, try connecting to WIFI via your mobile hotspot instead of WIFI to confirm

I'm not receiving the Authenticator code to my email

Kolmeo do not have control over Microsoft Authenticator, however, if you are not receiving the Authenticator code to your email after registering your Kolmeo account, try the below troubleshooting options:

  • Check that the email has not been sent to your Microsoft Quarantine

  • Check that the email address entered in your Kolmeo Staff Profile for the Kolmeo Account Login Email Id is correct (including no spaces at the end of the email address)

My Microsoft Authenticator App is not working

Kolmeo do not have control over Microsoft Authenticator, however, if you are having issues with the Microsoft Authenticator app, try the below troubleshooting options:

  • Ensure all software updates have been done on your phone and the Microsoft Authenticator app

  • Delete and reinstall Microsoft Authenticator app

  • Clear app caching

  • If you are unable to scan QR, this could be a permissions issue: Please check your phones settings and ensure access is given to authenticator to use camera

  • If you are unable to get Microsoft Authenticator to work on your phone, you can try Google Authenticator.
