How to access Kolmeo as an owner or tenant

Welcome to Kolmeo! This article is a guide on how to set up your My Kolmeo account as an Owner or Tenant.

Logging into Kolmeo

ℹ️ You can access your Kolmeo account in a Web Browser from your computer, phone or tablet at https://my.kolmeo.com/

Please note that there is no App access for owner or tenant Kolmeo accounts at this stage.

To access your Kolmeo account, you must use the email address your property manager has provided. Contact your property manager if you would like to use a different email address.

Not all Agencies use Kolmeo for Owners & Tenants. Please contact your Property Manager if you are having issues accessing your account.

How to register your account

  1. In your web browser, go to https://my.kolmeo.com/

  2. Click on Access Now

  3. Click on Register an account

  4. Enter your Kolmeo Account Login email address

  5. Click on Send verification code

    ℹ️ An email will be sent to you with a verification code to enter in the next step. If you do not receive the email, check your spam/junk mail folder and confirm you are using the correct email address

  6. Enter the verification code and click on Verify code

  7. Enter a Password

    ⚠️ Your password must be 8-16 characters, containing 3 out of 4 of the following: Lowercase characters, uppercase characters, digits (0-9), and one or more of the following symbols: @ # $ % ^ & * - _ + = [ ] { } | \ : ' , ? / ` ~ " ( )

  8. Enter the same password in the Confirm New Password field

  9. Enter your First Name

  10. Enter your Surname

  11. Click on Create account

  12. You will be prompted to accept all properties you are linked to as an owner, a tenant, or both. Click on Accept.

✅ You have now successfully logged in to Kolmeo. Bookmark my.kolmeo.com for easy access next time!


How to change your Password

  1. In your web browser, go to https://my.kolmeo.com/

  2. Click on Access Now, then click on Forgot your password?

  3. Click on Send verification code

    ℹ️ An email will be sent to you with a verification code to enter in the next step. If you do not receive the email, check your spam/junk mail folder and confirm you are using the correct email address

  4. Enter the verification code and click on Verify code

  5. Click on Continue on the email verification screen

  6. Enter a Password

    ⚠️ Your password must be 8-16 characters, containing 3 out of 4 of the following: Lowercase characters, uppercase characters, digits (0-9), and one or more of the following symbols: @ # $ % ^ & * - _ + = [ ] { } | \ : ' , ? / ` ~ " ( )

  7. Enter the same password in the Confirm New Password field

  8. Click on Change password.

✅ You have now successfully changed your password.
