You can reset your password on the app as well as on the web version of Kolmeo Pro.
How to reset your password on the Kolmeo Pro app and on the web version
Open your web browser and go to www.portal.kolmeo.com
Click on Forgot your password?
Enter your email address in the Email Address field.
Now click on the Send verification code button.
You’ll receive an email to the email address entered.
Enter the code in the Verification code field then click on the Verify code button.
Now click Continue.
You’ll now be asked to enter your mobile number. Select the Country Code and enter your mobile number in the Phone Number field.
- SMS: Click on the Send Code button, you will then receive an SMS with the verification code. Enter the code in the verification code field. Once the code has been entered you’ll automatically be directed to the create new password screen.
- Phone Call: Click on the Call Me button. Will now receive an automated call and will be asked to press the pound key (#) to verify. Once you press # on your phone you will be automatically be directed to the create new password screen.Next create your new password. To create your password, enter your password in the New Password field. Your password must be 8-16 characters, containing 3 out of 4 of the following: Lowercase characters, uppercase characters, digits (0-9), and one or more of the following symbols: @ # $ % ^ & * - _ + = [ ] { } | \ : ' , ? / ` ~ " ( ) ;
Next enter the same password again in the Confirm New Password field.
Now click Continue.
Your password has now been reset.
Troubleshooting
I did not receive the code SMS or call
Ensure the mobile number and country code entered are correct.
