If you are visiting my.kolmeo.com for the first time, you will need to register your account and create a password.
✅ Before you begin
Use the email address your property manager has provided. This is your Login Email Address.
Want to use a different email? Contact your property manager first.
🔽 Step-by-Step Registration
Go to my.kolmeo.com and click Access Now:
2. Click Register an Account:
3. Enter your Login Email Address and click Send verification code:
4. Check your emails for a message from Microsoft:
5. Copy the verification code exactly (no extra spaces!), paste into the verification code field and click Verify code:
6. Create your password following the password rules shown on screen.
7. Fill out remaining fields and click Create account:
8. Review your profile (owner, tenant or both). Click Accept to agree to the Kolmeo terms & conditions and continue:

Once registered, you can log in anytime with your email address and password at my.kolmeo.com:
