What is it?
When a property is ready to be marketed to prospective new tenants, you will create you campaign in Kolmeo and when ready publish to Snug ready for you to complete the Onlist activities. Once a tenant has been secured vis Snug you will approve the tenancy in Snug which will instantly push the tenancy details into Kolmeo for you.
Integration allows for single point of data entry.

Getting Started
Set up & onboarding process
Kolmeo will work with Snug to do the heavy lifting for you,
Agency requests (help@kolmeo.com)Kolmeo to configure the integration, providing your enquiry email and if your ListOnce as your portal uploader.
Agency to contact Snug (Snug support request) to advise that you have instructed Kolmeo to configure the integration with Kolmeo.
Kolmeo will work with Snug to set up the API keys, correct enquiry email and provide Snug the agency uploader ID.
Once the above is completed Kolmeo will provide the Activation Key to the Agency for you to add to your Snug settings.
As a team admin, Visit My Team -> Settings -> Team -> Kolmeo (NOTE: only team Admins can activate or deactivate the Kolmeo integration)

Manage your properties & Tenancies
Add a new property into Snug
First time Snug use
In order to push the property information into Snug you will need to ensure that all aspects of the marketing campaign have been completed with in the property / marketing & images page, such as Property details, advert, images etc.
Steps
From inside the Property click on the Marketing & Images menu.
Ensure all aspects of the Campaign & Images are completed
Click on Manage in Snug from the portal list
Once a property as been pushed to Snug for the first time, the manage in Snug button will change to an Update button. This will be the option that will appear ongoing
Add new tenancy into Kolmeo
Once you have reviewed all your applications and selected your tenancy in Snug you can share the details with Kolmeo to create the profiles and tenancy on your behalf.
Steps
From Snug select Application approved this will open the Mark Application as Approved window
Tag Send application details to Kolmeo
Click Mark as approved, this will then send all the available detail to Kolmeo.
Snug will create the Tenant Profiles, Tenancy (applied status), Lease (draft status) & Rent Record, you will need to then manage the usual steps to bring the tenancy to active.
⚠️ If you do not tag send application details to Kolmeo you will need to manually add the profiles and lease information.
How to unpublish Snug
There is no need to unpublish the campaign in Kolmeo and as such we have not given the option to do so as this is managed by Snug when the property is Archived there.
When you Mark Application as Approved in Snug you have the option to Archive Now or Snug will auto archive based on you agency settings in Snug.
