Overview of Requests
In your Requests screen, you can:
Create a new Maintenance Request to your Property Manager
Alter the Requests screen to view All Requests, Current Requests only or Closed Requests only
See who created the Request
Tenant Created: Requests created by you
Agency Created: Requests created by the Agency and shared with you
View the Request Reference
View the Title of the Request
View the date the Request was Created
View the date the Request was Last Updated
View the Status of the Request
Creating a Request
In the Requests screen, click on the + Create button
Select the type of Request to create (General Maintenance or Emergency Maintenance)
General Maintenance
Enter a short Request Title
Enter the details of Maintenance required in Request Details
Drag & Drop or Upload any supporting photos
Note: You can upload a maximum of 5 photos to a Request
Click on + Submit Request
A confirmation screen will appear letting you know the Request has been received. Click on Return To Requests to return to the Create Request screen
Click on Back to return to the main Requests screen
Here you will now be able to see your newly created Request
Emergency Maintenance
Clicking on Emergency Maintenance will take you to an informational screen. You can not raise this type of Request and will need to contact your Agency to request Emergency Maintenance
Click on Back to return the the Create Request screen
Viewing your Request details
To view the progress and updates of your Maintenance Requests, click on the Request to enter and view Details
Although you are unable to add additional notes to Requests at this stage, you can view any updates the Property Manager has shared with you in the Request, as well as view any Images added and shared with you
To view an image on a larger scale, click on the image
To view a post that has numerous lines, click on Show more
To collapse that message, click on Show less
To return to the main Requests screen, click on Back
