A quick overview highlighting the main points of your Tenancy.

This article is an overview of the main sections of Kolmeo for tenants, you can view all our tenant articles here

Property Selector

  • Click on the drop-down list to view all Tenancies you have been associated with

  • Click to select the Property you are wanting to view details of

  • Click on the headings to navigate between the Overview, Payments and Requests screens

If your Payment Method is set to Debit now, you can also Pay Rent from the Lease Overview screen


Lease overview

Rent Payments

Here you can view details of:

  1. Your current Rent Amount and Frequency

  2. Your current Paid to date

  3. Your Next payment due date

  4. Your Current payment method

โš ๏ธ The Paid to date shows the date paid up to and including

Part Payments

If your Paid to Date includes a part payment amount, this means that the full rent cycle has not been paid, or, an extra amount has been paid on top of your rent cycle.

For example, if your weekly rent is $350.00, and you pay $349.00, your part payment amount will be $349.00 and your tenancy will appear in arrears of $1.00; if your weekly rent is $350.00, and you pay $351.00, you will be paid to date and have a part payment amount of $1.00.

  • Click on the information al icon next to your part payment amount for an explanation of part payments

๐Ÿ‘‹ If you are unsure about anything to do with your rent and paid to days, reach out to your Property Manager.


Payment Methods

To view details of your Payment Method, click on the underlined Payment Method to enter the Payment Settings screen.

  • Alternatively, you can click on your Profile icon and click on Payment Settings

๐Ÿ‘‹If the payment method is not correct or you would like to change it please contact your property manager.


Lease

Here you can view details of:

  1. Your current Lease period

  2. Your Lease type (Fixed Term or Periodic)

  3. How long is left on your Lease


Property Manager

Here you can view details of:

  1. The name of your current Property Manager

  2. Your Property Manager's Position Title

  3. The Office assigned to managing your Tenancy

  4. The Address of the Office assigned to managing your Tenancy


Logging Out

To log out, simply click on your Profile icon, then click on Log Out
