My Properties
Once logged in, you will be able to view all your Properties. Click on the Property to enter and view the details you need
Property Overview
In this screen you can:
View the details of the Property Address, as well as the main features of the Property
View the details of your Property Manager, as well as the Office details of the Office managing your Property
View the Lease period, Current Rent Amount and Frequency, Paid To and Paid to Effective Dates
Click on the Informational bubbles for a pop up explanation of Paid to and Paid to Effective
Click on My Properties to return to the My Properties page
Navigate between screens to view the information you are after by clicking on Payments, Statements or Overview
Payments
Here you can see all Payments made to you, as well as the breakdown of those Payments, and the Paid to Dates associated with the Rent payment
Use the Date Filter to search for transactions made in a specific time period
Selecting the Custom option will allow you select a specific date range for your search
Click on Save Date Filter to view transactions within the Date Filter range
To go back to viewing all transactions, click on Reset Date Filter
Statements
In this screen you will see all Owner Statements issued to you
Click on the Eye icon to open the Statement to view in your browser
Click on the Arrow down icon to download a copy of your Statement
Logging Out
To log out, simply click on your Profile icon and click on Log Out
